Following were the salient features of trials.

Prima-facie, the results were quite encouraging and suggested possibility of improvement in grade and recovery.

The feed material with the grade of 26.39 Mn% & 28.42 Fe% is input to the Sepro-tech DNS. The feed is segregated in two portions one output is High Density which is Beneficiated & upgraded with the Mn% 32.20 & Fe% reduce to 24.90. The second output is Low Density output which is a siliceous contamination with Mn% 21.66 & Fe% 30.34.

The improvement observed in the second feed Manganese Ore is 5.81%. This again indicated the scope for further improvement by optimization of process parameters.

For chemical analysis the sample is sealed & handover to The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited. They tested sample in there Lab facility. The reports from the Lab are enclosed herewith for reference. On the basis of result the party has purchase a Sepro-tech DNS equipment one module of 10 Tons capacity and installed the equipment for separation of Manganese Ore.

The trial was taken on the material size that is 3 to 25mm. The recovery of High Density Chromite Ore is up to 77.64% of the total feed & the recovery of Low Density Limonite output is 18.55%.

For chemical analysis the sample is sealed & handover to party. On the basis of result the party has purchase a Sepro-tech DNS equipment one module of 10 Tons capacity and installed the equipment for separation of Chromite Ore.

At Sepro-tech Engineers we have prototype setup installed for trial & testing of different ore & minerals. We had processed the Coal with the help of same prototype equipment. The results obtained are remarkable and satisfied, as per party’s requirement.

The feed material 6mm to 25mm is input to the Sepro-tech DNS. The feed is segregated in two portions one output is High Density heavier contamination from Coal such as stones, shale etc. While Low Density output is clean Coal.

The sample collected at different density setting & different parameters are given in following table.

All the samples are analyzed by party in its own laboratory the result found satisfactory. On the basis of result the party had purchase a Sepro-tech DNS equipment’s single module of 12.5 Tons per hour capacity and installed the same equipment into Coal crushing & screening circuit, online in feed house.

The feed material with the grade of 41.10 Fe% & 31.73 SiO2% is input to the Sepro-tech DNS. The feed is segregated in two portions one output is High Density which is Beneficiated & upgraded with the Fe% 57.45 & SiO2% reduce to 14.79. The second output is Low Density output which is a siliceous contamination with Fe% 22.22 & SiO2% 54.23.

The improvement observed in the feed Iron Ore fines are 16.35%.

For chemical analysis the sample is sealed & sent to the SGS Lab Ltd. The reports from the Lab are enclosed herewith for reference. On the basis of result the party has purchase a Sepro-tech DNS equipment four module of 10 Tons capacity and installed the equipment for separation of Iron Ore fines.

The sample has been sent by party for test & analysis on Sepro-tech DNS Dry separation technology. The trial is under progress, for finalizing the different parameters for separation are in process.
